CHINESE SELF MASSAGE: An Article by Erle Montaigue 4 January, 1988: All Chinese healing methods make use of the internal energy called by the Chinese, Ch'i or Qi. To us it is plain old life force or energy which controls or internal wellbeing. More or less of this wonderful stuff and we become well or remain ill. If you would like to share your emotional healing experience, you can either drop me a line by contacting me here, or you can even add your own web page to my site and share your emotional healing journey to help others. Or perhaps you know of some other emotional healing exercises you'd like to share.
Chinese self massage. There are two ways of using Chinese methods of healing. The first and least common way makes use of the ch’i by putting it into the patient, using acupuncture needles to reduce the skin’s resistance, point massage, etc. The 5 Step Self-holding Exercise is an exercise I compiled from various sources that has been really helping me a lot lately with anxiety, stress and symptoms related to PTSD. Synonyms (alternate titles): Extended Sequence Self-Holding Exercise, 5 Step Self-Soothing Exercise, 5 Step Self-Calming Exercise. Lajing and Paida Therapy – Reviving Ancient Chinese Self-Healing Exercises. The Lajin and Paida self-healing therapies are based on CCM where ill health or illnesses are due to blockages of Qi, the body’s life force, in the body’s meridians. There are 14 standard meridians in the body. One of the advantages of the Lajin and Paida self-healing.

I found it very fascinating, there are many excercises and much helful information that can really heal the mind body and soul. On the other hand there was a few things that I found to be a bit obsurd, but the good far out weighed the bad. Definitly an amazing book.

A wonderful book with many exercises and techniques which can provide you good health in an easy way.
The more you practise the more you will notice the differences in your life. Choose one or two exercises, practise them daily and wait for the results.
Very informative and fascinating!
